The owner of the online store aptus.garden (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Greenbit Grow OÜ (registration code 14456459), located at Türi tn 10c, 11313, Tallinn, Harju County.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. The price is subject to an additional fee for the delivery of the goods.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Greenbit Grow OÜ is the responsible data controller, and Greenbit Grow OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force upon the receipt of the amount due to the Online Store’s bank account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid money (including the delivery costs) will be refunded generally within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 working days.
Delivery
The delivery costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania.
The delivery service providers are the following companies: Omniva, Itella, DPD.
Domestic shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes 3-14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the right is reserved to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days.
If the Online Store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery issues and a delivery time exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Store applies.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal form, and sent to the email address no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the returned item does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal application or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within this period.
The Online Store will refund the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store was mistakenly significantly lower than the market price of the goods.
Right to Submit a Claim
The Online Store is responsible for the non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that appears within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. The Online Store must rebut this presumption.
The buyer has the right to notify the Online Store of a defect within two months by sending an email to grow@greenbit.group
The Online Store is not responsible for defects caused after the delivery of the goods due to the buyer’s actions or inaction (improper use, accident, etc.) or for normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to grow@greenbit.group
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions and the application can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer can also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
