POWERFUL ENZYMES

Enzyme+ is a powerful enzyme blend that serves various functions. Enzymes keep the root zone clean by removing dead organic matter and root residues. They transform accumulated salts and sediments into usable nutrients and regulate EC in the growth substrate. This enhances the plant’s natural ability to absorb more nutrients. Enzyme+ prevents nutrient accumulation in the growth substrate, which can lead to salt lockout and buildup, consequently resulting in pathogen issues in the root zone.

WHY USE IT?

  • The growing medium can be used longer and for more cycles (fewer changes).
  • Stabilizes EC in environments and prevents salt accumulation and excess nutrient salts (reduces nutrient lockout).
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the root system and substrate (improves absorption, reduces residues).

HOW TO USE IT?

  • With every watering: 2.5 ml per 10 L of water (1:4000).
  • Once a week: 5 ml per 10 L of water (1:2000).
  • Add Enzyme+ last to the nutrient mix, if possible, right before watering.
  • Shake well before use!

WHAT DOES IT CONTAIN?

  • Cellulase and beta-glucanase complexes.
  • A blend of sugar complexes (polysaccharides).
  • Manganese (Mn).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Cellulase breaks down cellulose formed around the roots, keeping the roots clean.
  • Beta-glucanases convert the resulting nutrient salts into accessible nutrients for plants.
  • Manganese (Mn) stimulates microbial life.

SUCCESSFUL GROWER TIPS

  • Reuse growth substrate over multiple cycles! Rinse the substrate between cycles to remove dead plant material and nutrient salts.
  • Do not keep nutrient and enzyme mixtures longer than 2 days to prevent nutrient breakdown. Enzyme+ is best added last, just before watering.
  • Enzymes start working immediately, especially at temperatures above 20 °C.
  • To maintain a vigorous root system, it is recommended to use the enzyme weekly.
